Who We Are
We are Lake Country Elementary, home of the Lions.
Located in northwest Fort Worth, our school fosters a positive, inclusive learning environment where students, staff, and families feel supported, connected, and celebrated. With a strong commitment to character education, student leadership, and family engagement, we strive to help every student grow with pride.

Our Points of Pride
Lake Country Elementary is built on strong values, community spirit, and a shared commitment to student success.
Highlights of our campus include:
- A school-wide House System that promotes respect, responsibility, kindness, perseverance, integrity, and courage through weekly character-building activities and spirit days
- Student opportunities including Honor Choir for 4th and 5th graders and Running Club for grades 2–5
- Consistent communication through a weekly family newsletter, helping families stay connected and informed
- Active family engagement through a welcoming PTA, monthly events, and volunteer opportunities through Watch D.O.G.S. and the DenMom program
Our History
Lake Country Elementary opened its doors in August 2021, serving as one of EMS ISD’s newest campuses. Since opening, the campus has built a strong foundation of student pride, academic excellence, and community involvement.
The Community We Serve
We serve students and families from Lake Country, Eagle Ranch, and surrounding neighborhoods in northwest Fort Worth.
Our school collaborates with neighboring middle and high schools to provide a seamless K–12 experience.
Our feeder campuses include:
- Wayside Middle School
- Creekview Middle School
- Boswell High School
Together, we are helping Lions grow with character, confidence, and pride in all they do.
